We may collect information such as URL clickstreams, pages viewed, page response times, download errors, time spent on pages, interaction behavior, and other usage analytics.

We also collect mobile-related data including phone number, opt-in and consent status, consent method and timestamp, opt-in source, limited message metadata (send times, delivery receipts, routing information), opt-out or HELP requests, and enrollment history. We do not sell or share this mobile information for marketing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or violate third-party rights
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications
  • Attempt to breach or interfere with our systems
  • Upload malware or engage in denial-of-service activity

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content, software, designs, graphics, copy, and trademarks are owned by or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of your own photos, materials, project details, and data that you provide to us.

Communications & Consent

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from by phone, email, or SMS regarding quotes, appointments, service updates, and (if you opt in) promotions.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You opt in by submitting your phone number through our forms and providing explicit consent. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.

Text STOP to unsubscribe. We will send a one-time confirmation and stop further messages unless you re-opt in. To rejoin, submit your number and consent again.

Text HELP for assistance. For plan or data questions, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information, including opt-in data and consent records, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone Verification, Quiet Hours & Compliance

We may use phone verification or one-time passcodes to validate consent and secure accounts. We honor applicable quiet hours and do not knowingly send marketing messages during restricted times where required by law.

To maintain carrier compliance, brand and campaign information may be registered and opt-in records maintained. We prohibit SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol to minors, firearms to minors, tobacco to minors), illegal content, harassment, or other CTIA-prohibited messaging.

Record Keeping

We retain consent logs and minimal messaging metadata for up to 24 months for compliance purposes, after which records are deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

Service results may vary based on material availability, weather, customer decisions, site conditions, structural issues, or other factors outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, timelines, or increases in property value.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
